The AGM will be held at the Quality Hotel 232-236 London Road St Albans on Saturday 17th October 2009 The AGM will commence at 2.00pm - Members are invited to take their seats from 1.30pm onwards The Board of trustees hopes that as many members can attend as the Society needs a quorum of 50 in order that the AGM can proceed. Light refreshments shall be served afterwards creating the opportunity for members to speak to the Board of Trustees and the Chief Executive.
